MPUMALANGA TO HOST NATIONAL POSITIVE MASCULINITY CAMPAIGN LAUNCH
The Minister in the Presidency responsible for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Sindisiwe Lydia Chikunga, together with Mpumalanga Premier Mandla Ndlovu, will lead the national launch of the Positive Masculinity Campaign on Friday, 23 October 2026, in Ermelo.
Held under the theme "Real Men and Boys Build, Protect and Transform," the campaign will bring together government, traditional and community leaders, men and boys, civil society organisations and the pastoral fraternity to promote positive masculinity and strengthen collective efforts to prevent and end gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF).
