Notice is hereby given in terms of section 19 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, that a Special Council meeting will take place at 09:00 on FRIDAY, 06 FEBRUARY 2026 in the Council Chambers to discuss the draft Annual- and Oversight Report for consideration.
