NOTICE: SYNTELL SYSTEM RESTORED

Syntell's online platform and prepaid electricity vending system are back online. However, residents may experience slower-than-usual service in some instances.

Residents can purchase prepaid electricity through the usual online channels. Alternatively, purchases can be made via banking apps, municipal cashiers, SPAR, Usave, Pick n Pay, Checkers and Shoprite. Click here to view Langeberg Municipality's Outside vendor list

The disruption affected Syntell clients nationwide. Syntell apologises for the inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience and understanding.
