MEC for Education, Mr Abraham Vosloo officiated the Provincial Pledge Signing Ceremony at Kakamas High School today. A total of 15267 Grade 12 learners undertook the pledge for a National Senior Certificate Examination, free of any irregularity.
The rationale for the pledge is to assist with the curbing and control of examination irregularities and is an attempt to adopt a more proactive rather than a reactive approach to the reduction of examination irregularities. The 2026 National Senior Certificate Examination will commence on 13 October 2026 and conclude on 26 November 2026. We wish the Class of 2026 all of the best.
