Career Expo 2026
The Struisbaai Youth Desk, in collaboration with Cape Agulhas Municipality and a diverse network of government and community stakeholders, is excited to host the Career Expo 2026 . Taking place over two days, this initiative is dedicated to connecting local youth with exciting career opportunities, educational pathways, and professional insights to help them build a brighter future.
Recognizing the importance of skills development and career guidance, a wide array of stakeholders will be present to showcase their industries and engage with attendees. Participating organizations include the Department of Social Development, the South African Police Service (SAPS), South African National Parks (SANParks), the Greater Overberg Fire Protection Association, CCEA/KLUV, local emergency medical services, as well as various colleges from our surrounding area.
Whether you are looking to enter the public service sector, environmental conservation, emergency services, or explore higher education options, this expo provides a central platform to gather tools, resources, and face-to-face advice from industry experts.
This event is open to everyone in the community. Parents and guardians are highly encouraged to bring along their children who need information on career choices, providing them with a valuable opportunity to step out and explore their futures.
