Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21(a) of the Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 read together with Regulation 06 of the Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations – Gazetted 30 May 2005 with effect from 01 July 2005, that Midvaal Local Council at its 7th ordinary meeting of 2026, held on 30 July 2026, has considered the Quarter Four (04), and annual implementation of the Supply Chain Management reports relating to the implementation of the Supply Chain Management Policy of the Municipality for the financial year of 01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

The said Supply Chain Management reports are available for inspection at the Supply Chain

Management Unit and also on the municipal website: www.midvaal.gov.za
