Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000 read with Section 127(5) of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003 (MFMA), that the Midaal Local Municipality at its meeting held on 29 January 2026, approved the Final Annual Report 2024/2025, inclusive of the audited Annual Financial Statements and audited Annual Performance Report.
The said document will be available for inspection in terms of Section 127 (5)(a)(ii) of the MFMA, at Room 104c, Midvaal Municipal Offices, Civic Centre, 25 Mitchell Street, Meyerton, satellite offices (Department: Community Services, c/o Middle & Weilbach Road, The De Deur Estates 8 Department: Engineering Services, Rooibok Street, Daleside), all clinics and libraries for a period of 21 days, after date of this publication. The document will also be available on the official website of the municipality, namely www.midvaal.gov.za.
Any representation must be forwarded to the Municipal Manager on or before Friday, 3 March 2026 at 16:00 in writing.
