The City of Ekurhuleni presents an exciting opportunity for primary school learners to showcase their artistic skills and understanding of the energy efficiency and renewable energy concept through drawing.
In this high-stakes competition, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is discouraged, as learners are expected to stretch their imagination and display creativity while communicating an important message of energy saving through freehand drawing.
The prizes are to the value of R20 000.
Application for the competition will open from 01 February to 06 March 2026. Submission requirements are as follows:
Submission material on A1 poster;
Name and physical address of the school, based in Ekurhuleni;
Full name of the appointed school representative.
Teachers and parents are not allowed to participate in the content creation process.
