The City of Tshwane is migrating to an e-tender portal, which is an online publication platform that enables access and response to bid opportunities published by the City of Tshwane. The portal enables interested bidders to download bid documents and respond to the bid through online submission at their convenience before the closing date.
Bidders should therefore not deposit their bid responses in the tender box but respond to the bid on the online platform https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110024254?anId=ANONYMOUS by no later than 10:00 on 22 September 2026.

The quotations will be evaluated on the basis of points awarded for price and specific goals. The 80/20 preference point system will be applied to the quotations.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted, and the City of Tshwane reserves the right to accept a quotation as a whole or in part. Quotations must remain valid for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
NB: Service providers are urged not to submit on the closing date of the quotation to avoid system glitches.
