Midvaal Local Municipality's Council approved a Special Adjustments Budget on 30 April 2026 and has published the revised Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act. The public can download the notice for full details.

Notice is hereby given that Council on 30 April 2026 per item C3787/04/2026 approved an Special Adjustments Budget for the 2025/2026-financial year.

In terms of Section 28 of the said Act, the Executive Mayor authorised the adjustments to the budget, including the revision of the Service Delivery & Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP).

In terms of the stipulations of Section 54(3) of the said Act, the Reviewed Service Delivery & Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) is herewith made public.
